Refund policy

1. Community Membership Cancellation 

You may cancel your community membership at any time. However, please note that all payments made towards the community membership are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we are unable to offer any refunds or credits, regardless of the duration of your membership.

2. Ebooks, Manuals, and Other Downloadable Products  

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales of ebooks, manuals, and other downloadable resources are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing your order.

3. Year-Long Mentorship Program  

The mentorship program is a year-long commitment. Once the mentorship has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason, whether payment is made in full or in monthly installments. All payments made towards the mentorship, either upfront or through a payment plan, are non-refundable and cannot be canceled mid-term.
