Registration

To register for any of our courses or programs you must be a medically licensed/insured (MD, DO, DDS, NP, PA) in the state of Florida (or NP in a compact state). We cannot under any circumstances allow RN’s to receive any training at our facility. However, if you reside in a compact nursing state, we may be able to offer you training at your own facility. Please submit your proper credentials (license affiliation, license number and state, copy of malpractice/liability insurance) and requested course below. Upon verification, a member of Get BASAL team will email a link to register and secure your requested training experience.
